Dell Customer service is Dead

So this keeps getting better every day. Dell is now saying that they never charged for the order.

8 months passed and without contacting anybody just charged a card

We called we could not get anybody to look at this or give us an answer

Right now we are looking through all of the invoices to match up payments.

If in fact there was a mistake and they did not charge the card at the time you would think that somebody at Dell would pick up a phone  and contact you

Dell Customer service is Dead


My best revenge is they will not get a $35,000.00 order because of it

  1. Sad thing is I told them they were loosing the $35000. order and it meant nothing to them. I cant wait to be that big
