Dell Frustrated Customer

I have recently run into the grand firewall of customer service reps that will not or just are not capable.

It is possible that Dell has become so large that they just do not know how to handle the  complaints that confront them. It is to say that whenever a company gets to be the size of a Dell that this is not so unusual.

I have found that I have been able to resolve issues that I have had when dealing with Dell until recently.

With that I am going to share my story of gloom and desperation so that maybe just maybe somebody out there has some form of magic spell that will help us poor souls out here.  Frustrated and need all the help we can get

So with that let me start to spin my tail of woes and distress

Dell recently put in a order for my company that we did not order. It appears that somehow on the back-end they had one of our old orders stuck in the process that was put in about a year ago. That order was completed successfully.

Yes here we go with this crazy  bazaar story that has sent me into the gates of hell fighting the corporate giant that will eventually take over the world

So last month I received a Dell Order Has Shipped for Dell Purchase ID: !@^#%$   and immediately contacted the Dell rep who’s name I will keep secret for now.  Ryan_Blount@Dell.com and his manager Barry_Stewart@dell.com  who’s names you did not get from me

There reply was this

I did not order this either…

Again, please ignore the email. You work with the channel, and I have not placed any orders with you for some time.

With that the order shows his name on it

Everybody that I have spoken with sends me back to the original Rep. They have put me into the Dell circle of HeLLLLLLLL

They charged the corporate card and say well the card must be compromised but the only disputed charge is them

So with all of that here is the process I have taken  keeping in mind none of this has worked

1.       Contacted the rep via e-mail and the phone

2.       Contacted his manager several times with no response using the only contact that I have, his e-mail

3.       Contacted Dell customer service several times who  just redirect me back to Ryan who’s name does not appear in this blog (wink)

4.       Contacted the Credit Card to dispute the charge. Waiting to see how this goes

5.       Did a Google search to find contact info for Dell administration and home office and this what is out on the internet. Lots of other poor soles doing the same thing. Looking and searching for a way out of hell.
